Cristina Cristescu founded Witfuse in 2016. She is a former software developer and an EMCC-accredited executive coach. For 15+ years she has designed learner-centred programmes. She co-founded Job-coach.ro and built a pro bono AI career-orientation programme for students at POLITEHNICA and other Romanian universities. Through Thrive Partners she has coached senior leaders through high-stakes technological change.
